VP Supply Chain, Nobia

Lex Kop van LogiLex

With LogiLex, I dedicate myself with great passion to successfully changing the supply chain and logistics in customer-oriented organizations. The goal is clear: to bring structural improvements from a strategic point of view. I focus on medium-sized and larger companies.

I gained many years of experience in various industries: food, FMCG, chemicals, logistics services and public transport. In various roles I have taken responsibility: as line manager, program manager, project manager, change manager, interim manager, consultant and coach. Always initiating, analyzing, organizing and realizing.

Program manager, interim manager, consultant and coach

My involvement with logistics and the entire supply chain has started early on. As a child, I grew up with my father's transport company. I saw the growing demand for customized deliveries and just-in-time, the increasing complexity of the logistics process, the growing dependencies in the supply chain and the advancing digitization.

After completing my Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft, I got involved at TNO with industrial processes. In national and international positions at companies such as Unilever, Tibbett & Britten (DHL), RET, Diversey (cleaning and hygiene) and Farm Frites, I developed myself as an independent specialist in the area of supply chain and logistics. Since 2012 I have been working with LogiLex to optimize the supply chain of various companies.

Analytical, pragmatic and people-oriented
Thanks to my broad experience, I am able to analyze the supply chain from the strategic perspective. I enjoy working with people: building a team, getting to the core issues, working in a goal-oriented and practical way and achieving unprecedented results together.

The basis is a structured and clear action plan. It is important to come to good working agreements with each other and on this, I do not shy away from clear communication. Only then we can quickly take the right steps to make projects successful, to manage the organization effectively and to bring about fundamental improvements in the entire supply chain.

Foundation
I manage project teams, supervise the employees during the entire process and if necessary manage external parties (e.g. suppliers, technical specialist). My role is temporary, but during the process I ensure that structural changes are realized and secured. Your company will then be able to retain the new achievements and further develop them.
